Gear Position Switch Removal/InstallationSubthrottle Sensor Output Voltage Inspection
Measure the output voltage at the subthrottle sensor in
the same way as input voltage inspection, note the following.
Disconnect the subthrottle sensor connector and connect
the setting adapter [A] between these connectors.

Fuel Tank and Cap Inspection
Visually inspect the gasket [A] on the tank cap for any
damage.
Replace the gasket if it is damaged.
Check to see if the water drain pipe [B] and fuel breather
pipe [C] in the tank are not clogged. Check the tank cap
breather also.
If they are clogged, remove the tank and drain it ...

Remove:

Collar [A]
Oil Seals [B]
Sleeve [C]
Circlip [D] (Right Side)
Special Tool - Inside Circlip Pliers: 57001-143
Remove the ball bearing and needle bearings.
