This section explains the items that require particular attention during the removal and reinstallation or disassembly and reassembly of general parts.

Handlebar Installation
Apply a non-permanent locking agent to the threads of
the handlebar positioning bolts and tighten them.
Torque - Handlebar Positioning Bolts: 9.8 N·m (1.0 kgf·m,
87 in·lb)
Install the steering stem head with handlebars.
Install the washer [A] and steering stem head nut [B].
Tighten:

Air Cleaner Housing Assembly
Install the ducts to the air cleaner housing.
Fit the projections [A] of the duct into the slits [B] on the
air cleaner housing.
Tighten the screws [A].
Torque - Air Cleaner Housing Duct Screws: 1.1 N·m (0.11
kgf·m, 10 in·lb)
Install:
Air Cleaner Gasket [A]
