ThermostatStick Coil Installation
Apply a thin coat of grease [A] to the stick coils for easy
installation.
Insert the stick coils so that the coil heads align with the
lines [B] on the cylinder head cover.

Do not tap the coil head while installing the coil.

Do not lay the wheel on the ground with the disc
facing down. This can damage or warp the disc.

Brake Disc Wear Inspection
Measure the thickness of each disc [A] at the point where
it has worn the most.
If the disc has worn past the service limit, replace it.
